Tornado 2.0 includes PCMCIA for x86, which includes support for the pc386, ns486, pc486, pcPentium, and pcPentiumpro BSPs and new PCMCIA drivers which allow VxWorks running on these targets to support PCMCIA hardware.

The PCMCIA libraries and drivers are also available in source code form for VxWorks systems based on CPU architectures other than the Intel x86.

PCMCIA support is at the PCMCIA Release 2.1 level. It does not include socket services or card services, which are not required by VxWorks. It does include chip drivers and libraries.
